MUMBAI: Shiv Sena leader and former minister Aaditya Thackeray slammed the Shinde-Fadnavis government over Sunday’s portfolio allocation, saying the focus was on ‘government and not governance’.
Aaditya, who was the minister for environment and tourism and guardian minister for Mumbai suburban, said that there was no representation for women and Mumbai in the cabinet.
“When the focus is on government and not governance, it takes 41 days for cabinet expansion (with a promise of another one), and then five days for portfolio allocation (with a major imbalance of power), in a dispensation with no representation for women and state’s capital Mumbai,” Aaditya tweeted.
